Complaints Policy
In the case of complaints, in the first instance your detailed complaint may be emailed to customerservices@packyourbags.com or mailed to Customer Service Dept. Packyourbags Travel Store 33 Mount Pleasant Road, Tunbridge Wells Kent TN1 1PN or phone 01892 779710 during normal business hours 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. All calls will be charged at standard rate. All complaints received by post, fax or email will be acknowledged within one working day with the name of the person dealing clearly indicated. Telephone complaints may not be acknowledged by email until the investigation is commenced. We endeavour to deal promptly with all complaints and an estimated timescale for resolving the matter could be given on request but this will be entirely dependant upon the nature of the complaint.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We would expect to send off the 'items in stock' order with the back order items to follow. You will be emailed to advise with the option given to receive all your order in one delivery or part delivery. There is always the option to cancel your entire or part order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
We have adopted a hands off approach to your payment meaning we have no access to your card details. We comply with the latest PCI requirements and we certainly do not store and could never use your card ourselves to take further payments. Payment is automatically processed online by a third party payment gateway called Secure Trading, it is authorised by your bank at the time of purchase and handled and interfaced with our bank account at The Bank of Scotland simultaneously. You can also use Pay Pal to make your purchase which again adopts the same hands off approach.
Guarantee
Your guarantee is complete. Please see our terms as per the Returns Policy. The selection and use of suitable equipment for particular tasks and climate conditions does require skill. In the interests of your safety and the safety of others, you should ensure that you are properly equipped and trained in the use of the equipment. We recommend that you seek and take the advice of a person who is suitably qualified before purchasing your equipment. The equipment should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions and should likewise be inspected before use and properly maintained. Nothing in this notice affects your statutory rights. Accuracy of the colours is entirely dependent on what the website configuration allows.
No warranty is offered that this Website is free from computer viruses or any other malicious or impairing computer program. The pages contained in this Website may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. The information in these pages may be updated from time to time but may be out of date. We accept no responsibility for keeping these pages up to date or any liability for not doing so.
Discounts
In line with our agreements with external partners, it is not permissible to use multiple discounts when purchasing items from the online travel store. This is applicable to both internally and externally generated vouchers, codes, cookies, tracking IDs and pixels. If express permission has been issued by an employee of Packyourbags Travel Store please contact the Travel Store directly to raise the matter.

When you order we need to know: your name or company name, email address,
delivery address, credit or debit card details. We also ask for your telephone
number to contact you if there are any poblems with your order. All information
held can be disclosed on request and amended if incorrect with confirmation
of correction or deletion provided. We may use the information we collect
to notify you of any changes, offers or new services we think you will find
interesting. In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications
Act passed into law 11th Dec 03 we do not send random marketing emails to
personal email addresses (spam). We do not make marketing approaches but
if you would like to receive this information please click on our email button
and request it. As above our server is fully secured so the card details
are safe. Cookies are used on this shopping site but do not contain any personally
identifying information. They are only to keep track of the contents of your
shopping trolley once you have selected an item. Packyourbags Travel Store
