* Orders for Next Day or Saturday Delivery must be placed by 2pm the day before the delivery is required. This is our normal cut off time. We will however do our best to process orders received after 2pm for Next Day or Saturday Delivery as well.

If our site states an item is in stock and you request next working day delivery we will make every effort to send your order out as requested. However, on the rare occasion that your order is not available for immediate dispatch, we will advise you when the item is available for delivery and if you are not happy you can accept a full refund.

A Next Day delivery ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Royal Mail do not track first class post. However our Next Day Delivery Service is fully tracked.

Saturday Delivery

Not at home during the week? No problem! Simply select our 'Saturday shipping' option during the checkout page and you can wake up to coffee, croissants, and your new packyourbags purchase.
(Please note: coffee and croissants are not included!)

No quibble returns policy

A full refund on the purchase price. That's what you get if you're not happy for any reason with your order!

Simply return your items to us within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund.

If you wish to return an item just follow this simple two step process:

  1. Grab your receipt and fill in a returns form, providing as much information as possible. If you do not have access to a printer, then please include a note stating whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and what product/size/colour you'd like). If you would like an exchange you will be required to pay the cost of posting the replacement item to you.
  2. Post your item, receipt and returns form to:

The goods must be returned in new, saleable condition and be accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.

Any clothing items returned smelling of tobacco are not considered to be in a saleable condition and will not be refunded.

The credit card used for the purchase will be refunded with original purchase amount. The only exceptions are intimate items such as Shewees, TravelJohns and underwear - we're sure you understand why!

And, as they say, your statutory rights are not affected.

Additions to Returns Policy - Footwear

If footwear is required to be returned for size change please phone our Sales Dept 01892 779710 first to check current availability of the required size.

The footwear should be returned in new, re-saleable condition and with all the original packaging. Postage and packaging charges will apply for any replacements.

Should footwear be returned for reasons of fault, please note that due to Health and Safety requirements and European Community regulations no staff are permitted to handle any soiled products. If they are returned unclean they will be immediately sent back to the customer without examination. Please ensure that the footwear is properly cleaned, all mud etc. removed before posting the items back to our Returns Dept for attention.

Ordering heavy items from overseas?

At the packyourbags Travel Store we have years of experience shipping packages over 2kg globally!

Here’s how it works...

  1. We will advise by email or phone the total shipping charge after receiving your order.
  2. Your order will not be dispatched to you until a confirmation is received from you.
  3. Dispatch is normally within two business days.

Although we can’t always guarantee it, most international orders are received within seven days.
