"The product is disappointing. I bought two. It is not as compact as I thought. When pushed down to lowest point it still comes above my knees so can't be put in a small rucksack or stored away easily. I'm only keeping because with a sports injury I need to use them now to get around. Waste of money for future use as need to buy something that packs up smaller when travelling to destinations on public transport or when I want to have my hands free. Also they rattle a little but could get used to that. Hand and wrist grips are good and if you're not worried about storing they are fine." Would you recommend this product: Yes
