The quiet zone ear plugs from Design Go Travel are silicone earplugs with interchangeable attenuation filters. Softens to shape through the warmth of the ear. The high frequency filters reduce general noise, whilist the low frequency filters reduce snoring related noise. The ear plugs have air flow channels which allows constant pressure between inner and outer ear.

"These are the best. I've used them for a good few years and they are the only ear plugs that I've found that can be adjusted to your ears, don't irritate inside of ears with continued use and really do dim noise. If you find they are not sealing out enough noise, you just need to tailor them to your ears, which is explained in the leaflet and easily done. " Would you recommend this product: Yes

"I bought the Quiet Zone Ear Plugs as I thought finally something that works - but they do not work at all, you hear everything just as loud as before, regardless how deep you stuck them into the ear. Also, the 2 different sticks - white for room noise and yellow for snoring noise - are exactly the same except for the color. I cannot recommend anyone to buy this." "I bought these ear plugs from recommendation I have not been disappointed, I use them for snoring noise as I am a light sleeper and any noise disturbs me. "Q Zone earplugs - I first discovered these in one of those Outdoor Zone type of shops- I now never go to a gig, party, nightclub, bike rally or camping without them! You will find that you wake up without that awful ringing noise ' the morning after' particularly after watching a band, or even better; if you're ARE the band. These filter out the damaging wavelengths; but you don't miss anything. I end up asking my friends in pubs and clubs not to shout at me as they get rid of background noise and make foreground noise easier to discern .
